Visit us at the Circulation Counter in the library to get help in person.

Borrowing Procedures

  • Search the book that you would like to borrow using the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)

  • Once you have found the book you want to borrow, fill up the borrower’s slip

  • Proceed at the shelves and get the book/s

  • Present the book/s that you want to borrow together with the validated School I.D to the librarian in-charge at the CIRCULATION COUNTER.

  •  Library users must be cleared w/all obligations before he/she can be allowed to borrow

The GRC library invites you and your class to our library orientation/tour program.


Library orientation, which is good for one and half hour class, includes (1) a tour of the library; (2) lecture on the library services offered to the GRC community; and (3) demonstration on how to use the

VISITOR INFORMATION

The GRC Library accepts visitors/non-GRC researchers including GRC alumni, graduate students from other schools; government and private researchers; and, in a number of libraries, undergraduate students from other schools.

FOR ALL NON-GRC RESEARCHERS, please consider the following when planning to visit the GRC Library:

1. It is advised to go to the OPAC to do a preliminary search of books, print journals, theses or other library resources. The call number and location of books should be noted to determine the library/ies to be visited. 

2. Service hours and scheduled days for visitors kindly check at the Circulation Counter. The Library is closed for service to students and visitors during examination and semester break.
