About us
GRC library is located at the 3rd floor besides RCE and I.T. Office, Divided into different areas such as a Reading Area, a Reference/Information Desk and Collection of books, Has a seating capacity for three hundred forty six (346) readers, Has fourteen (14) computers with internet connection and Library automated system. An open shelf system is available for easy browsing.
The library is divided into seven sections – the Circulation/Reserve Section, Filipiniana Section, Reference Section, Periodicals Section, Internet Station, Discussion Area, Faculty Corner, and PWDs area.
The Library Staff is headed by the Chief Librarian. Together with trained professional librarian, two support staff.

VISION
The College Library exists to provide access to information and to preserve knowledge and culture. Since learning can be obtained from traditional sources and modern technology, it is our aim that the college library shall be able to perform its role effectively to be able to cope up with the demands of the new community of users as well as meet the challenges posed by digital technology and other available computer and information system.
MISSION
The GRC library is committed to providing academic library resources and services through bibliographic support. The GRC Library create supportive and productive teaching-learning environments that foster lifelong learning.
LIBRARY SERVICES
The GRC library also allows charging of laptops inside the library for one (1) hour only. Additional charging time is subject to the approval of the assistant librarian based on the availability of outlets.
In cases such needed research materials are not available in the GRC library, referral letters are issued to bonafide students, faculty other members of the community who want to visit other libraries and access their collection.
In securing the referral letter, one must fill up a form and provide the following information. (1) Specific date of your visit ; (2) The Library you want to visit; (3) Researcher’s name/s ; (4) Your College/Faculty/Department ; (5) Topic of research.
Written and electronic messaging notification of overdue library materials.
The library users can have access to the books on shelves. The researchers make the selection of books by consulting the OPAC or by browsing through the books on the shelves which are generally arranged by subject.
GRC library accept outside researchers subject to rules and regulation. The Librarian reserves the right to refuse or disapprove requests for accommodation on the basis of the following:
a.) non-compliance of referral letter issued by the
Chief Librarian/Head Librarian
b.) researchers are not in proper attire;
c.) the library is being utilized fully by GRC
populace;
d.) during examination weeks; and
e.) when she deems it necessary
The GRC Library offers free wireless access (Wi-Fi) in all public areas. This service is available to all currently enrolled students, faculty and personnel. A unique password will be secured to the library personnel and can only be used in a day only.
Information regarding library new acquisitions, announcements, events, and notices is posted on the bulletin boards to update the students, faculty, personnel and the entire GRC community on the updates and developments of the library.

Visit us at the Circulation Service and Reference Section at the Library for your queries.
Library instruction is one of the services given to the clientele that aims to familiarize them to the library’s collections, services, and the proper procedures involved in using the materials.
Library orientation will be serving to the freshmen students before the 1st semester start. Library handbooks together with copy of the library’s rules and regulations shall be provided.
Any individual who wishes to use the library, student may be given an orientation by the librarian provided she is free to do so. A faculty member who wants his/her class to be oriented on how to use the different bibliographies, indexes in the OPAC may make a request to the Librarian one week before the date of actual library instruction.
Roving librarian / roving reference conduct their reference duties not only at the reference desk. They accommodate reference queries during shelving duty as well and the library users can approach them anytime.
Materials needed for research can be accessed easily through the user-friendly web catalog.
With a dream of having a free education through reciprocation, where everyone can have the opportunity to change their lives through a very affordable tuition fee and even scholarship grants, available not just for the youth but also for adults. Chairman Vicente Ongtenco established the Global Reciprocal Colleges aiming to develop the youth to become responsible, competent, and dedicated professionals.
